If you’d like to cancel your Daily Burn subscription, the steps depend on how you originally signed up - for example, through DailyBurn.com, Apple, Google Play, Roku, Xfinity, or Amazon.
🔹 If you signed up on DailyBurn.com
You can not cancel a subscription within the Daily Burn App. You must cancel in a web browser. Deleting the app will not cancel your subscription.
To cancel:
- Go to dailyburn.com on a web browser (computer, phone, or tablet).
- Log in and click the profile icon in the top-right corner of your computer browser. 💡 Tip: On a phone or tablet browser, tap the ☰ menu (three lines) in the top left to access your account.
- Select Account Settings.
- Under Subscription & Billing, click Cancel next to your plan.
- Follow the prompts and select Cancel Subscription to confirm.
After canceling, you’ll still have access until your current paid period ends. You won’t be billed again unless you reactivate.
🔹 If you subscribed through Apple, Google Play, Roku, Xfinity, or Amazon
You’ll need to cancel directly through the platform where you signed up - Deleting the app from your device will not cancel your subscription:
- Apple (iOS App Store): Manage subscriptions on iPhone/iPad
- Google Play: Cancel subscriptions on Android
- Roku: Manage subscriptions on Roku
- Amazon: Manage subscriptions on Amazon
- Xfinity: Xfinity subscription support
Daily Burn support cannot cancel this subscription for you. They must be managed through your app store account.
🔹 If your subscription is free through an employer or healthcare provider
If you have a promotional subscription provided through your employer or healthcare benefits, you cannot cancel this subscription in your account. Please contact support@dailyburn.com directly to close these types of subscriptions.

Canceling a Daily Burn subscription seems fairly straightforward as long as you cancel through the same platform where you originally subscribed. Daily Burn says website subscribers can use Account Settings and select “Manage Subscription,” while subscriptions purchased through a third-party app store need to be canceled there instead. I think it’s a good reminder to check the billing source before deleting an app, since uninstalling an app by itself doesn’t necessarily stop a subscription. For Android users who also manage downloaded workout plans or fitness files, ZArchiver APK can be handy for keeping those resources organized. Have you found subscription cancellation processes generally easy to navigate, or do companies make them unnecessarily complicated?
