How do I pause my subscription?
If you need to take a break, you can pause your account. Here’s how:
-
Log in at dailyburn.com using a web browser (computer, phone, or tablet).
-
Click your profile icon (top right on desktop) and select Account.
-
Under Subscription & Billing, locate the Status section and click Pause.
-
Choose how long you’d like to pause your membership and click Pause Membership to confirm.
-
You’ll see a confirmation banner on your Account page and can check the Status section to confirm your pause.
💡Note: If you choose to pause your subscription, the pause does not take effect immediately. Instead, it begins at the end of your current billing cycle.
- The pause will last for the duration you selected, but you can extend the pause if you need additional time off. On the day the pause expires, your subscription will automatically reactivate, and your account will be billed.
- You are responsible for any billing at the end of the pause period, even if you do not receive a reminder.
- By pausing, you authorize Daily Burn to resume billing at the end of the pause.
💡 Tip: Pauses always follow your billing cycle, so the start and end dates depend on your plan (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual).
Examples:
-
Monthly subscriptions: If your next billing date is February 1 and you request a 2-month pause on January 15, the pause will start February 1, run through March, and your subscription will automatically reactivate on April 1.
-
Annual subscriptions: If your subscription renews January 1 and you request a 2-month pause on January 15, the pause will not begin until the next renewal date, the following January 1.
