We want you to be able to see all the progress you've made in the program!
To track your workouts and view a full breakdown of these workouts, please follow the steps below:
1. Log into your account using any web browser and navigate to the Progress page at the top of the screen.
Here, you will be able to see your workout history. We have it split into sections for your all-time history of completed workouts, total minutes, and your all-time estimated calories burned:
There is also a section for your weekly stats:
Additionally, if you need to find a workout you previously completed, you can find that below the weekly snapshot.
