If you are already using Google Chrome, try refreshing your browser. You can also lower the resolution by hovering over HD in the lower right corner of the video.
Since all our videos stream in HD, you will need a high connection speed to watch the workout successfully. If your feed is still buffering, try resetting your router and checking your Internet connection.
