If you notice charges from Daily Burn that you did not authorize, or suspect someone is using your payment information without your consent, please contact us immediately at support@dailyburn.com.
When you reach out, we will attempt to locate the account associated with the charges. If we are able to locate it, we will:
- Cancel the account to prevent any further charges.
- Work with you to investigate the issue.
💡 Important: Sometimes, even with payment details, we may not be able to locate an account. In that case, you will need to contact your financial institution to report the charge as unauthorized and request a fraud investigation.
💡 Note about updated cards:
Banks or credit card companies sometimes automatically update card information for recurring subscriptions when you receive a new card or when a card expires. This may appear as an unexpected charge, but it is not necessarily fraudulent.

Does not make it easy to cancel. Fighting all morning, called, several requests and emails-nothing.Â
Hy, If you see a charge from Daily Burn you don’t recognize, start by checking your email for any old trial sign-ups or subscription confirmations. A lot of fitness apps roll trials into paid plans quietly. If nothing shows up, contact Daily Burn support directly with the charge date and amount so they can trace the account. It’s also smart to alert your bank early in case it needs to be disputed. I treat subscription charges the same way I review online purchases from brands I shop, like https://bintoucouture.com/ always good to keep records.
