This usually comes down to the browser rather than the workout platform itself. I’d start by clearing cache/cookies, disabling extensions (especially ad blockers), and checking if hardware acceleration is causing conflicts. Switching browsers can also help Chrome works fine for some people, while others get better results on Firefox or Edge.If you’re testing streams in general, lighter video platforms tend to perform more smoothly in browsers. I’ve noticed sites focused on short, optimized clips load with fewer hiccups something like TabooTube is a good example https://thetabootube.com. It’s useful for ruling out whether the issue is your setup or the streaming service.
