Click your profile icon (top right on desktop) and select Account.

Under Subscription & Billing, locate the Status section and click Pause.

Choose how long you’d like to pause your membership and click Pause Membership to confirm.

You’ll see a confirmation banner on your Account page and can check the Status section to confirm your pause.
💡Note: If you choose to pause your subscription, the pause does not take effect immediately. Instead, it begins at the end of your current billing cycle.
- The pause will last for the duration you selected, but you can extend the pause if you need additional time off. On the day the pause expires, your subscription will automatically reactivate, and your account will be billed.
- You are responsible for any billing at the end of the pause period, even if you do not receive a reminder.
- By pausing, you authorize Daily Burn to resume billing at the end of the pause.
