Our app is currently compatible with Apple TV 4 and newer models. If you’re using an earlier version, you can still access your workouts by using AirPlay to stream from your iPhone or iPad to your Apple TV. We recommend rebooting your device by going to Settings > System > Restart. If that doesn’t work, try unplugging your Apple TV for at least ten seconds before plugging it back in.

If you're using a smartphone or MP3 player to listen to music during your workouts, simply locate the volume buttons on the device. You can increase or decrease the volume by pressing the volume up or down buttons accordingly for office fitouts. Alternatively, you can adjust the volume directly within the music player app on your device.

Hey! If your Apple TV isn’t streaming your workouts, there are a few quick things you can try. First, make sure you're using Apple TV 4 or newer—older versions may not support the app directly, but you can still use AirPlay from your iPhone or iPad.

    Here’s what usually works:

    • Reboot your Apple TV
    • Unplug it for at least 10 seconds, then plug it back in
    • Relaunch the Daily Burn app
    • If that doesn’t help, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app:
      • From the Home screen, press and hold the Daily Burn app icon
      • When it shakes, hit the X to uninstall
      • Reinstall it from the App Store and check for any available updates

This should resolve most streaming issues. And while you're checking things out, you might also want to look into the Applebee's allergen menu if you're planning meals around your workout—super useful if you have dietary restrictions!
