If you signed up through Apple/iOS, Google Play, Roku, Amazon, Xfinity, or another partner, you’ll need to cancel directly through that platform.
-
Apple (iOS App Store): Manage your subscription via Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
- Google Play Store: Open the Play Store app, go to Subscriptions, select Daily Burn, and cancel.
- Roku: Log into your account at Roku.com → My Account → Manage Your Subscriptions → Daily Burn → Turn Off Auto‑Renew.
- Amazon: Via app or browser, go to Your Memberships & Subscriptions → find Daily Burn → Manage → End Membership.
- Xfinity (Comcast): Log in to your Xfinity account → My Account → Subscriptions → Daily Burn → Manage → Cancel Subscription.
🎯 Note: If you delete the app, uninstall Daily Burn, or stop using the service without canceling via the correct platform, your subscription may still renew. The cancellation must be done through the billing platform you used.
💡 Refunds: If you’re looking for a refund, you must contact the platform that manages your subscription (Apple, Google, Roku, Amazon, Xfinity). Daily Burn support cannot issue refunds for in-app subscriptions, as we do not have access to third-party billing systems.
💬 Still unsure where to cancel?
Log in to your Daily Burn account via the website (from the email you subscribed with). Under Account → Subscription & Billing, check if it lists “Managed by.” This will indicate which platform manages your subscription and where you must cancel.

I actually ran into something very similar recently while managing subscriptions for my own website. I had signed up for a Google Gemini plan to help with some automation and content tasks, but later I realized it wasn’t as straightforward as I expected to manage everything from one place.
At first I tried canceling directly from the app, but nothing really changed, and it kept confusing me between Google Play and account settings. In the end I found out it had to be canceled through the Play Store subscription section — not inside the app itself. Once I did that, it finally stopped the renewal.
