You can reach our support team by emailing support@dailyburn.com. As a solely online company, we don't have a phone line. However, rest assured that online support helps us keep detailed records about your issue in one place.
Please include your username when emailing the support, as it will help them resolve your issue faster — and if you're not sure of your username, look on the bottom left of your Daily Burn homepage.
We aim to help you as soon as possible, in 24-48 hours or less. If you submitted a request using the Support button on our website, you wouldn't get an auto-response from us, but rest assured, we got your message and are on it!
Important to note: To ensure you receive email responses from us, please add us to your safe sender's list now, and remove our contact from the “Promotions” tab in Gmail. If it's been more than 48 hours and you can't find a response from our team, first check your spam. If you still do not see anything, please email us again.

Hi, I paid for a year's subscription through Paypal. Now Amazon is also charging me $14.95 a month. What do I do?
I have auto payment for dailyburn. How do I get an invoice/receipt for this?
